數位行銷專員 Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a (Sr.) B2B Digital Marketing Specialist that works with us to increase lead generation results and optimize lead conversion performance. You will work in a challenging B2B marketing team and enable the team for more precise marketing outcomes. If you are a marketer who is passionate in both marketing and numbers, this position will be a perfect match for your career!

▎Responsibilities
．Executes digital marketing experience including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
．Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
．Understands A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
．Able to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences
．Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation

▎Qualification
．1-3 years proven success in digital marketing
．Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
．Enthusiastic in B2B SaaS marketing
．Profession in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager
．Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
．Dedicated, strong team player
．Organized and detail-oriented
．Able to perform under tight deadlines
．Good storytelling and data analytics skills

．Knowledge of video production and editing will be a plus
