Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring our IXT Core customers are empowered to grow and succeed while being the voice of customer to inform OneDegree’s product roadmap and development. As a member of an entrepreneurial team, you will be expected to wear many hats and take on various leadership capacities. Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process and continued efforts to support, grow and retain our customers.
- Identify expansion opportunities, develop effective, customer-specific outreach strategies, and assist in converting those opportunities.
- Be a partner and trusted advisor to senior executives at insurance organizations to accelerate digital transformation by leveraging the IXT Core solutions.
- Manage strategic IXT Core implementation projects including planning, prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate.
- Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience.
- Expand our revenue in accounts through new sales and up-sell opportunities.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align on strategy, product planning, and new opportunities.
