Responsibilities 

• Exploring different interaction models, user requirements, usability issues and solutions. 
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs 
• Collaborating with PM, designers, and developers to create innovative, user-friendly platform 

Requirements 

• Portfolio of UX design or related projects 
• 2-3 year of experience as a UX designer or similar role 
• Knowledge of Design Thinking flows and concept 
• Detail-oriented and logic flow 
• Familiarity with design and/or prototyping software, such as Sketch, Figma etc. 
• Ability to think independently, make decisions and have good communication throughout  

Plus 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, computer science, sociology, anthropology, or a related field 
• Enthusiasts of tackling complex information and problems 
• Fluent in English speaking and writing 
• Experience in 2B system design 
• Knowledge of insurance industry 

Interview Process

• Phone interview
• 1st Interview: 1.5 hours,
  • 1 hour meet with hiring managers
  • 0.5 hour meet with HR.
• 2nd Interview: 1 hour, meet with Taiwan Director.
