Job Overview

With fast growing of business expansion and organization growth, you will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. As a Human Resources Intern at OneDegree, you will be responsible for front-end administration, partnering with other HR team members with OneDegree DNA. Besides, you will partner closely with cross-function teams and assist in execution of human resources projects. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Assist in other HR projects.

條件要求

Requirements 

  • Working hours: 16-24 hours/week, working hours are flexible.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional team and build strong external connections & relationship.
  • Demonstrate strong interest in Human Resources field, and open-minded for HR functional projects.
  • Strong ability of problem solving.
  • Possess proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Start-Up business enthusiasts, with ability to work in fast-path and flexible culture.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

Interview Process

  • Phone Interview: 1 hour, meet with team member
  • On-site Interview: 1.5 hour, meet with Taiwan Director + HR team

薪資範圍

NT$ 168 - 168 (時薪)
