Responsibilities:

  • Account Relationship Management:
  1. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement.
  2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional cybersecurity assessment services.
  • Sales Operation Support:
  1. Manage pipeline, and utilize CRM tools (once implemented) to manage customer/partner information, sales leads, and opportunities.
  2. Handle invoice issuance, and reconciliation, and oversee the management of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, and various external business documents.
  3. Manage the preparation, application, listing, and related processes for the annual government Joint Supply Contracts (JSC) in both service and software categories, including the submission of service proposals.
  • Outside Sales Support:
  1. Coordinate with external clients to schedule meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  2. Coordinate with the marketing team and assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and conferences.
  3. Provide support to the outside sales team by preparing sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in internal sales or sales-related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and working efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Possesses warm and genuine customer relationship maintenance skills, finding fulfillment in solving customer issues.
  • Capable of independent problem-solving while supporting and growing with team members.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based services and concepts of cybersecurity.
  • Exhibits excellent critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and adept at building strong relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written/spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Exhibits traits of being patient, attentive, proactive, and responsible.

 

Interview process

  • Phone interview with HR (1 hr)
  • Meet with Hiring Manager (1.5 hrs)

薪資範圍

NT$ 560,000 - 770,000 (年薪)
