工作內容

Job Description:
1. Use e-mail, telephone and online chat real-time system to help customers solve problems and guide customers to operate content management system.
2. Introduce system operation and document to customers via the telephone.
3. Handle customer complaints, solve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Improve service processes for customers.
5. Support account manager to handle routine tasks.
6. Handle dedicated phone line, process service case and track the service result.
7. No marketing, pure office staff.

1. Strong interpretation, good writing skills, communication skills, and logical skills
2. Proactive and considerate analysis
3. Have a positive, passionate, active learning attitude.
4. Strong pressure resistance, responsibility, and good emotional management.
5. Pursue better and more efficient work process
6. Strong interest in e-commerce

條件要求

Requirement:
1. Familiar with Microsoft office operations.
2. Basic computer operation, playing 40 words/minute or better.
3. Familiar with network configuration.
4. Good customer service experience.
5. Good at English(plus).

薪資範圍

NT$ 28,000 - 35,000 (月薪)
