Products & Services

• FormX: We help businesses understand documents with the latest AI technologies. FormX extracts structured information from mobile device-captured documents or forms. Our APIs are easy to integrate, with pre-trained models on receipts, invoices, IDs / passports, etc, with a simple UI for business to train their own layout understanding models.
• Authgear: Open-source auth for consumer web and mobile apps. Authgear is developer-friendly with opinionated defaults. It helps businesses to improve user experience and signup conversions, security of their users, and unify auth experience across multiple platforms with simple integration.
• Professional Services: We build digital products with great user experience for clients all over the world. We provide UI/UX design, software development, machine learning, QA, and product management consultancy for clients that range from rockstar startups to multinationals like Google, Milwaukee, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC.

Engineering Culture

We have a strong engineering culture. We use the latest programming languages (most of our codes are in Python, Go and Typescript, but we also use Haskell, Rust, and other new languages experimentally), maintain a high standard of code review, and adopt streamlined internal tools for DevOps and continuous integration (CI).

We are hiring a Software Consultant to identify new business opportunities from inbound enquiries or existing enterprise customers.

You will provide consultation, prepare proposals, presentations of solutions related to Technologies, Products and Designs, such as MVP or SoW proposals, simple wire-framing, technology stack recommendations, UI/UX suggestions, latest technology introduction; From there you will negotiate and close business deals with our clients.

Most of our clients are either early-stage startups that need help with rapid idea validation or enterprises that need help with software-led digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• provide software design and development consultations to clients
• evaluate clients’ project needs and propose the right software solutions and approaches
• prepare project proposals and presentations
• follow-up with customers, negotiate and close business deals
• develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• manage your sales pipeline, from inbound enquiries or opportunities from existing clients
• coordinate with Project Managers for quotation
• account servicing and management

What we are looking for in you

• with tech-related experience (e.g. IT related degree, or coding school, etc)
• good presentation and communication skills
• strong proposal writing skills
• excellent English speaking and oral skills
• passionate about technology, able to relate technology to business impact
• eager to keep learning about new technologies, designs and products knowledge
• ability to explain complex concepts in layman terms
• startups / digital marketing / account servicing experience is a plus
