工作內容

12 years in the market, Oursky is a team of 50 geek folks and 6 cats. Geeks at heart, we enjoy getting our hands dirty and solving geeky tech problems. Most of our people are multipotentialite, and are trained to solve complex problems.

We are now looking for Business Development to expand our product FormX.ai and Authgear.com customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within the account, you will discover new opportunities by outbound to prospects, and introduce how our products could be applied to their processes, or even figure out new potential use cases with new vertical industries.

Responsibilities

This is a new position which meant it is challenging but also provides huge opportunities. Most of our product’s existing customers are in Hong Kong but this position should target to outreach to, potentially: UK, Canada, Taiwan, Australia clients as well.

  • Develop effective business development strategies and meet our customer acquisition target for FormX.aiand Authgear.com
  • Prospect and pitch to small businesses or corporate clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and meetings
  • Develop Channel Partners who can resell FormX.ai and Authgear.com
  • Manage your own pipeline of leads and ensure strong conversion rates
  • On-board and ensure the success of customers adopting the platform.

What we are looking for in you

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Interested in outreaching via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, be able to work independently.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as a business development or sales development representative in the IT B2B industry, or existing connections to channel partners such as SI, Software Development House are preferred; However we would love to hear from you if you’re interested in the industry and motivated too.
