工作內容

We are looking for a highly self-motivated Business Development Manager with the following involved job scope to be part of our high-energy sales team based in Taipei.

1. As a consultative sales professional, the B2B Sales & BD Manager is responsible for building new business relationships and leveraging existing ones that can drive SaaS revenue growth - including all OwlTing Blockchain Services (OBS) solutions/software across various industries.

2. Create sales pitch and materials that best reach the target audience.

3. Meet prospective clients on a regular basis, nurture relationships and close deals at the right value in the required amount of time.

4. Manage client expectations and contribute to a high level of after-sales satisfaction.

5. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact closely with b2b clients, global/regional partners, and senior leaders.

條件要求

* Bachelor’s Degree with business and marketing related major is highly preferred
* 3+ years experience of business development or key account management is required
* Familiar with SaaS product is highly preferred
* International business development experiences is a plus
*Proven track record managing sales pipeline generation, including managing key accounts as well as new business development
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in both Chinese and English
* Experience with Salesforce to track sales pipeline and report on lead conversions
* Outstanding team player with ability to work cross-functionally
* Ability to communicate with all levels within customer and prospects’ organization
* Be hungry to learn new tech concepts and be able to articulate complex ideas in a manner that is easily understood by non-technical people.
