We are looking for product managers with a career interest in B2B2C services and SaaS platforms. The person(s) in this role will focus on building and refining a great SaaS platform for our enterprise and SMB customers to use.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead product roadmap, planning process, prioritize product features and communicate with the team.
2. Create detailed plans, define specifications and track progress.
3. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business owners, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance to have products released on schedule with good quality.
4. Provide and maintain documentation of all processes and training as needed.
Must-Haves for this role:
- 1+ years of PM or SA experience in SaaS-based cloud services, system analytics, or mobile applications.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, including requirement analysis, prioritization, and define specifications, flow charts, and diagrams for developers and testers to follow.
- Know how to use project management tool as a PM, to manage documentation, and keep track of what's in progress, tested, risked, or ready to release.
- Skill in working with a diverse team to drive people to get it right and have product released on schedule with good quality.
Nice to haves:
- UI/UX sense and proficiency in Axure, Sketch wireframe prototyping is a plus.
- Know how to use data analytics to plan and design the product features.
