B2C Product Manager 產品經理

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced B2C Product Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on overseeing the YouCam family of digital products at Perfect Corp. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for consumer-facing products, coupled with a keen interest in integrating Digital AI/AR technology. Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in specification writing, and the ability to articulate a compelling vision from a usability standpoint are essential.

 Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and management of the YouCam products, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and proactively devise innovative strategies, including proposing new ideas, to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, monetization, marketing, and executives.
• Define specifications and collaborate closely with the engineering team, working hand-in-hand to address technical challenges and streamline the development process. Additionally, provide clear and concise guidance to align product development efforts with overall business objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing user behavior data, evaluating user feedback, and conducting thorough competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for product enhancement.
• Excel within a problem-solving environment, efficiently overcoming challenges to facilitate smooth product development processes while ensuring product quality and timely delivery of new versions to meet scheduled milestones.

• Excellent communication skills, including outstanding reading and writing abilities.
• A passion for continuous learning of new tech and UX/UI design concepts.
• A genuine personality, displaying positivity and professionalism while also knowing how to foster a fun work environment.
