We are looking for talented Animators to work in an exciting new and dynamic international development environment.
In terms of technical skills/proficiencies, we'll be looking for them to be able to use;
We have a structured development program and will actively support the individual and offer them amazing development opportunities and incentives. For our Senior Animators, there is the opportunity for them to be used as "Project Leads", so there is always room and opportunity to grow and develop. We also work with you individually to develop a personal development plan.
We value creativity, and additional consideration will be given to those who that show a level of creativity in there work/thinking and attitude. We are not looking for robots or factory workers! You must be a team player, this role requires close communication with the production team and directors. We value input and the individual must be responsible, open to constructive feedback as well as be able to communicate constructively to others.
MUST
* Shows strong skill in timing, animation weighting and expressing compelling actions/performances.
* Motion Builder
* Maya (a must, although if the individual shows talent we are happy to train them)
OPTIONAL
(Having additional skill or experience in the items listed below will earn you additional consideration)
* Rigging and Skinning (Extra consideration will be given to those that have experience in Rigging and Skinning)
* Modo (Optional, but a bonus if has knowledge or experience)
* Unreal Engine/Unity experience (Optional, but a bonus if has knowledge or experience)
Strong key frame animation skills, with experience in facial animation, as well as animating fantasy creatures and characters.
Experience with Mocap is also important.
