As a UX Writer at Partipost, you will craft user messaging to elevate the web and mobile products we build. We believe that a small change in language can dramatically affect the way our users engage with our product.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for defining user messaging and microcopy, working with a team of PMs, engineers, and designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle - from ideation to feature release
• Gain a deep understanding of our user personas (through analysis of research, customer feedback, and business metrics) in order to continuously advocate for their experience
• Set up copy and messaging standards within our design system, ensuring that we uphold our product messaging principles across our products
• Be empowered to solve problems and develop your career with the support of an autonomous and flexible product team

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a UX-focused role at a software company with a strong understanding of product design and development processes
• Demonstrable experience in product messaging with a portfolio highlighting your strengths in clear, concise, and empathetic copy
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about improving our design and UX culture
