Our Product team is looking for a Senior UI/UX designer to join us. As a startup with a rapidly growing user base and a strong focus on adaptability, we are constantly rolling out new features and updates for both our web and mobile products. This role involves working with the Product team to understand and advocate for our users. Your work will have real impact on our business - you will be involved with every step, from the planning of a new feature to owning its launch. ＃Responsibilities
1. Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement practical solutions for our web and mobile product lines
2. Conceptualise and validate your designs iteratively, testing low-fidelity prototypes with real users over quick feedback cycles
3. Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate your vision to stakeholders, driving buy-in and later facilitate design handoff to product engineers
4. Own our design system, championing our visual identity across all business units and design collaterals

Our interview process is as follows:
1. HR- Online Interview (30 minutes)
2. TW's team leader- Online Interview (30 minutes)
3. CTO- Online Interview (60 minutes)
4. Whiteboarding Session- Online Interview (120 minutes)
1. At least 4 years' experience in end-to-end design across the Agile product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery
2. An excellent understanding of digital design for web, iOS, and Android, including accessibility standards and responsive design
3. Comfortable with modern design processes and tooling, including Figma
4. An ability to be proactive and self-sufficient in a collaborative environment, with great communication skills helping you work with different functional groups (designers, engineers, users, stakeholders) to bring your vision to life
5. Exceptional English written and verbal skills
