✓Develop and implement the social media strategy, content, and schedule, e.g. posts, videos, competitions, etc., with the objectives of driving brand awareness, online reputation, engagement, and conversions
✓ Execution of our social media content across different channels, including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
✓ Collaborate with industry professionals, celebrities, and influencers, to drive the team's and company's objectives
✓ Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and technologies, be it from internal or external avenues
✓ Build and grow Phrozen communities
✓ 有 台灣/美國 中英文社群運營2年以上工作經驗佳
✓ 能與公司內部團隊有效溝通
✓ 具備自我管理能力和英文基本溝通能力優先錄取
✓ 工作上能有開創性想法,是團隊合作者
✓ 2 years of experience working with social media
✓ Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media best practices
✓ Good understanding of social media KPIs
✓ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
✓ Good time-management skills
✓ Great interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Able to communicate in Chinese is a preferred
✓ Will be required to travel to Hsinchu headquarter constantly for onboarding training &project collaboration if the candidate chooses to base in Taipei
