工作內容

PicCollage is actively expanding the team, and aim to recruit talents for different positions. Thus, we are looking for an in-house recruiting manager who has had some experience as an in-house recruiter and had led major initiatives related to recruiting.

PicCollage 正在積極拓展團隊、招募各類人才,因此我們正在尋找有獵頭或相關招募經驗的 In-House Recruiter 加入軟體技術人才的招募,我們有讓你能發揮的舞台。

 

Responsibilities:

  • To understand each function needs and requirements for each open position. Actively talk to hiring lead to improve and facilitate the process.
  • Actively hunt down talent from various recruiting platforms and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, 104, Yourator, CakeResume, etc.) including in-person meetups and events
  • Review resumes and coordinate with hiring leads to schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Lead and support our in-house recruiting events - in creative or effective ways!
  • Aggressively Bring in talents !

工作職責: 

  • 了解公司/各部門的人才需求及細項,並積極與徵才部門溝通以加速及改善流程
  • 透過不同管道主動尋找適合的人才,包括各種招募平台(Yourator、CakeResume、LinkedIn...),及各種實體交流活動或社群(Meetups, 技術交流會...)
  • 協助進行人才招募相關流程,包括履歷篩選、信件邀約、電話訪談及面試安排...等。
  • 帶領協助 in-house 招募活動 --- 各種有創意或有效果的方式!
  • 積極地將各種人才帶入公司!

 

條件要求

Requirements:

  • Passionate about recruiting, loves interacting with people and curious about what they do and what drives them
  • 5 or more years of experience doing recruiting (with a focus in technical recruiting)

 

額外條件:

  • 對招募工作有熱忱,喜歡參與各種社群社團活動,與人互動交流
  • 5年以上招募經驗。有獵頭工作經驗或擔任過招募人員尤佳(著重在工程師招募)
