Numbers are an integral part to our development as one, or two, digits can speak volumes about our performance. Behind our social network platform, there are pages and pages of spreadsheets with lines of data, waiting to be analyzed, to become the next determining factor.
As the Business Intelligence Specialist, you will use logic to decode a multitude of numbers, breaking them down into meaningful data. Math will be your tool to advise on the most appropriate course of action when guiding the company to new advancements and achievements.
Here's what you'll be doing most of the time:
1. Plan and execute user behavior tracking strategies in order to make enhancements to our platform and UX.
2. Analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance and observe current trends amongst users.
3. Connect external users with internal teams by communicating user feedback and issues with the appropriate team and respond to users in a timely manner.

1. Knowledge of Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel functions and data organization formatting.
2. Strong analytical, logical reasoning and mathematical skills.
3. Ability to work with minute details in an organized fashion.
4. Ability to communicate effectively to teammates and work together to find solutions.
