As a Business Operation Specialist, you are the bridge between Playsee and our users. You will
manage and optimize day-to-day operational activities, find the right audiences and help them understand the value that Playsee brings.
What you'll do:
• Identify and handle audience curation and customer information management
• Execute a strong understanding of segmentation and personalization to effectively grow, nurture,
and maintain audiences
• Establish, maintain and improve the strategy to ensure scalable processes and best practices
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
• Expert on strategic planning and execution of marketing automation programs
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
