As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you run the publicity and marketing campaigns. You understand
our company's culture and have proven skills in brand strategy, insights and communications.
What you'll do:
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and
display advertising campaigns.
2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Conduct marketing research and analyze data.
4. Devise and present ideas on marketing strategies and budget allocation.
5. Brainstorm and prepare creative copies.
6. Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc projects as directed.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in digital advertising platforms and techniques.
2. Experience in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
3. Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, web analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
