1. Paid Media Operations & Optimization
- Execute campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Ads
- Build and manage campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and budgets
- Perform daily optimization to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and MER
- Support multi-market campaigns across global regions
2. Testing & Experimentation
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, bidding, and landing pages
- Assist with incrementality tests (Geo test / lift studies)
- Maintain documentation of tests, insights, and learnings
- Validate test results using statistical significance
- Utilize AI optimization and automation tools (e.g., Advantage+, Performance Max, TikTok Smart Performance) to scale testing velocity
3. Marketing Performance Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with BI to improve attribution, cross-channel measurements, and data quality
- Monitor off-site conversions (e.g., Amazon, dealer paths) to ensure holistic campaign optimization
- Identify insights that influence creative strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation
- Provide weekly insights with actionable recommendations (not just numerical reporting)
4. Creative Collaboration
- Work with Creative Strategist and design team to create high-performing ad assets
- Provide data-driven feedback on creatives and audience insights
- Assist in developing creative briefs based on testing results
- Leverage emerging AI-based creative iteration tools (e.g., Meta’s AI creative variations, TikTok Creative Assistant) to reduce dependency on manual handoffs
5. Amazon Ads Execution
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other Amazon ad formats
- Handle keyword research, bid adjustments, ASIN targeting, and performance analysis
- Provide insights to Marketplace team and align with DTC strategies
1. 3–5 years experience managing paid campaigns across Meta / Google / TikTok
2. Strong analytical ability; comfortable with GA4, spreadsheets, dashboards
3. Hands-on experience with creative testing and audience experimentation
4. Ability to interpret data and drive optimization decisions
5. Experience with Amazon Ads preferred
6. Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics and performance KPIs
7. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
1. Music / guitar / amplifier industry familiarity
2. Experience introducing new ad platforms or automation tools
