Positive Grid is a fast-growing music technology company transforming how people create and experience music. As we move toward an AI-first way of working, our HR team plays a critical role in enabling scalable, efficient, and data-driven operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Specialist to serve as a core executor of People Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while continuously improving processes through automation and AI tools.

Role Overview

In this role, you will independently manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR systems.

You are expected to operate with minimal supervision, make sound judgments, and ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. You should also be proactive in exploring and applying AI tools to streamline workflows, improve data handling, and enhance overall HR effectiveness.

【Typical Accountabilities】

People Operations (Core)

-Independently manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and contract administration

-Maintain and optimize HRIS data accuracy, ensuring real-time updates of employee records

-Administer monthly attendance processes, including leave, overtime, and time tracking

-Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR SOPs to enhance operational efficiency

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

-Execute monthly payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments

-Support annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, and related compensation processes

-Conduct market salary benchmarking and data analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures

-Manage and optimize employee benefits programs in compliance with regulations and employee needs

Employee Relations & Compliance

-Handle employee relations matters and provide policy guidance and support

-Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Taiwan labor laws and regulations

-Assist in handling labor disputes and employee complaints, including preparing reports when necessary

Recruitment Support

-Support recruitment activities based on team needs, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processing

-Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience

AI & Process Optimization

-Proactively explore and implement AI tools to improve HR efficiency (e.g., automation, document processing, data analysis)

-Participate in HR digital transformation and process optimization initiatives

條件要求

【Essential】
-5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, 3PL operations, logistics operations, or global freight coordination.
Experience in electronics, consumer hardware, or physical product industries is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle count, RMA, and fulfillment processes.
-Familiarity with international freight, Incoterms, customs documents, and sea/air/courier shipment coordination.
-ERP system experience.
-Experience using AI tools, automation tools, RPA, or workflow automation in real work scenarios is a strong plus.
-Willingness to learn and use AI agents as part of daily operations and process improvement.
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
-Good communication skills for working with external logistics partners and internal cross-functional teams.
-Professional English communication skills, especially for written communication with international vendors and 3PL partners.

-Experience managing U.S. market 3PL fulfillment operations.
-Experience improving logistics processes through automation, data dashboards, AI tools, or structured workflow design.
-Ability to quantify process improvement results, such as time saved, cost reduction, error rate improvement, or productivity gains.
-Experience working in a fast-paced global operations environment.
