工作內容

【Responsibilities】

  1. Organize and handle various administrative and HR tasks including:
    Administrative: office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, fixture & furniture arrangement and office facilities management
  2. HR: attendance record, recruitment process, leave record, HRIS update, adhoc duties...etc.
  • Report to HK Director and Taiwan Headquarters. Periodic meeting with Taiwan Headquarters.

條件要求

【Requirement】

  1. F.5 or above
  2. 1-3 year relevant working experience
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  4. Hands-on skills of PC applications including MS Office (Word & Excel)
  5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  6. Someone who displays initiatives and genuine interests in building a career in the KOL industry

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
