- Organize and handle various administrative and HR tasks including:
Administrative: office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, fixture & furniture arrangement and office facilities management
- HR: attendance record, recruitment process, leave record, HRIS update, adhoc duties...etc.
- Report to HK Director and Taiwan Headquarters. Periodic meeting with Taiwan Headquarters.
- F.5 or above
- 1-3 year relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Hands-on skills of PC applications including MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Someone who displays initiatives and genuine interests in building a career in the KOL industry
- HR experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail minded
