Extended Job Requirements:
1. Operational Management:
The Sustainable Brand Experience Store Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing inventory, overseeing the scheduling of team members and ensuring that all employees are properly trained on policies and procedures.
2. Team Management:
The Supervisor will lead a team of Brand Service Representative. The Supervisor will need to guide, coach and mentor the team to ensure that they are meeting their individual and collective goals, providing feedback on performance, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
The Sustainability Brand Experience Store Supervisor is expected to maintain strong relationships with customers by creating a welcoming and hospitable environment in the store, building rapport with regular customers, and actively seeking out customer feedback.
4. Business Management:
As a manager, the Sustainability Brand Experience Store Supervisor will be responsible for setting and achieving departmental performance objectives, such as sales targets and profitability margins. The Supervisor will also need to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
5. Sustainability Focus:
The Supervisor must have a deep understanding of sustainability practices and principles and be able to incorporate these into the store's operations, such as product sourcing and waste reduction. They will also need to communicate the importance of sustainability initiatives to team members and customers, educating them on the value of sustainable practices and encouraging them to participate.
6. Collaboration:
The Supervisor will need to collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing teams, product development teams, and external partners, to ensure that the store is aligned with the company's overall mission and values.
