· As a Sr. UX/UI designer, you will be crafting and refining iQIYI international products according to business needs, and guarantee the basic usability of products.
· Able to create user-flows, low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity polished mockup designs and ability to quickly iterate designs to get final sign-off.
· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
· Work closely with international cross-functional teams based in China, Southeast Asia and North America to align with product strategies, while maintaining a design consistency across all platforms.
· Consistently improve the product design according to user requirements and business needs.
1.負責愛奇藝國際業務核心產品的UI設計，主導設定整體視覺風格和產品線的設計語言，跟隨市場的變化而調整新的定義。
2.參與設計規範的制定，確保上線產品品質，協助達成產品目標。
3.與中國和海外的國際跨職能團隊密切合作，配合產品策略，保持所有平台設計的一致性。
· Working experience in related area. Experience in both interaction and visual design is preferred.
· Background in human-computer interaction, industrial design, visual communication, or education-related design disciplines will be desirable.
· Align customer needs and business goals to execute design holistic thinking process and methods.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain design solutions to cross-functional teams.
· Ability to speak, read and write English; overseas background or fluent in a foreign language will be desirable, but not required.

2.視覺傳達、工業設計、平面設計、體驗設計等相關專業
3.邏輯性強，能夠定位問題並正確找到問題的解決方案，具備獨立且完整的思維推導能力，並能對以上過程進行有效表達。
4.能制定設計目標，有輔導及拆解設計任務的能力，並對設計結果負責。
5.擁有良好的英語溝通能力和國外工作生活經驗者優先。
