The mission of the data analytics R&D team is to drive innovation in methods to discover better insights faster from massive amounts of social media data. We deliver cutting edge data analytics methods and agents to empower analysts to tell stories on data and then deliver actionable insights to the business decision maker.
You will:
• Be proactive in seeking out and exploring innovative initiatives yourself.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Leverage your expertise in AI, graph algorithms and social network analysis to empower analysts to discover valuable insights and craft advanced features for graph-based systems.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to delineate system requirements and boost overall efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance by testing and reviewing code.
• Adopt emerging technologies and methodologies in data analytics, AI, graph, and social network analysis.
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues that arise during development, testing and production.
• Managing system complexities via engineering principles - modularity, high cohesion, low coupling, separation of concerns, and abstraction.
• Advocator of continual delivery practices and DORA metrics.
You may be a good fit if you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Solid expertise in Python, accompanied by a deep understanding of its associated ecosystems.
• Familiar with LLM and AI technologies, graph analysis, graph and network analysis algorithms.
• Familiar with processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiar with distributed computing systems and messaging systems.
• Familiar with information retrieval techniques.
• Familiar with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with graph databases like Neo4j or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring abilities are a plus.
• 3+ years of working experience in software development.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with Python software development principles and design patterns.
• Familiar with Ray framework for distributed computing.
