作為 PM 實習生,你將深度參與產品生命週期,從市場研究到客戶維繫,並協助優化內部營運效率:
- 針對目標產業進行市場資料蒐集、分析與研究,提供業務與行銷決策參考
- 產品文件整理與維護:中英文件檢視、內部作業SOP文件化(會議摘要、產品導入...等)
- 內部管理工具機制建立,如系統使用率 Dashboard、進度追蹤機制,實作開發為 Optional
- "協助"識別潛在客戶,安排、陪同客戶拜訪,並進行後續追蹤與關係維繫(follow-up)
- "協助"規劃與執行行銷活動、業務拓展、產品展示(Demo & PoC)相關事項
- "協助"產品與專案營運管理:庫存盤點(內部)與點交(外部)、展會與 PoC 資料整理、跨系統平台整合機制、Issue 開啟與追蹤
As a Product Management Intern, you will be deeply involved in the product lifecycle—from market research to customer engagement—while helping improve internal operational efficiency:
- Conduct market data collection, analysis, and research for target industries to support sales and marketing decision-making
- Organize and maintain product documentation, including bilingual (Chinese–English) document review and internal SOP documentation (e.g., meeting summaries, product onboarding)
- Build internal management and tracking tools, such as system usage dashboards and progress-tracking mechanisms (hands-on implementation/development is optional)
- Assist in identifying potential customers, scheduling and accompanying client visits, and conducting follow-ups to maintain customer relationships
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, business development initiatives, and product demonstrations (Demo & PoC)
- Assist in product and project operations management, including internal inventory checks and external handover, organizing exhibition and PoC materials, documenting cross-system/platform integration mechanisms, and opening/tracking issues
