工作內容

1. Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
2. Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
4. Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
5. Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
6. Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests,
7. equipment, promotional material etc
8. Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
9. Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
10. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
11. Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
12. Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

條件要求

1. Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
2. Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events)
3. Excellent time management and communication skills
4. Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently
6. Willing to submit references from previous clients
7. BS in Event Management or related field

薪資範圍

NT$ 35,000 - 60,000 (月薪)
