2. 5+ year experience as a technical lead in software development and excellent planning skills with optimized resource and expectation management.
3. Transparent management mindsets to clearly report project status to stakeholders and management board.
4. Experienced on telephony/networking feature development for Smart Phone, 4G/5G Router, MIFI products will be plus.
5. Expert knowledge in computer/OS architecture & performance optimization.
