工作內容

職務說明:

1. New customer creation for 5G+ and millimeter wave business, including but not limited to smart city, smart manufacturing and smart life.
2. Facilitate business development and develop a long-term successful strategy for each customer
3. Handle customer(s)' issues and requests
4. Communicate and drive understanding of customer needs
5. Develop strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage appropriate value proposition
6. Do effective negotiation and cooperation

出差外派: 需出差,一年但累積時間未定

語文條件: 英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)

其他條件:

• Proven channel sales and account management experience in IT and semiconductor industry for 6+ years
• Knowledge of enterprise and semiconductor products, and go to market channel including OEMs, ODMs, CMs, Systems Integrators and Distributors
• Business level English (Can do English presentation and communication)
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (email, text and verbal) and presentation skills
• Sense of urgency to satisfy customer needs
• Ability to interface with a range of customers (start-ups to complex OEMs) and personnel (engineering, purchasing & management)
