這份工作,你需要做的有:
1.維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案(如:合約、會議記錄、書目資料、活動文件)和資料庫系統。
2.處理國外客戶email、確保客戶滿意度
3.輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單,並將訂單資料存檔備份。
4.紀錄專案相關帳款, 管理零用金
5.基礎帳務/稅務觀念,發票處理。 應收應付帳款核對。
6.協助處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。
7.確認產品規格、出貨包裝、產品檢視
8.處理主管交辦業務
9.協助庫存管理&生產管理
10.公司行政流程管理

1. Respond to client issues, problems, complaints and work with service provider team leads to resolve in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner
2. Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
3. Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
4. Assist in client mail outs and communications
5. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
6. Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
7. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
8. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
9. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

Requirement

1. 有會計經驗者優先錄取、熟悉Apple Mac作業系統尤佳 2. 擁有顧客思維,瞭解使用者在想什麼 3. 對科技和儀器有興趣,喜歡主動學習 4. Self-driven motivation. Curiosity and Entrepreneurship are encouraged. 5. Fluency in speaking, writing, listening English is required. 6.
