IT Support (Luxury Retail Brand)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact for office users, customer IT teams, retail operations, and store teams to ensure effective coordination and communication.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and relevant functions to deliver reliable and high‑quality IT services and facilities support for retail operations.
• Liaise with external vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to support IT services, including but not limited to:
  • Helpdesk and end‑user support
  • IT service requests
  • Store‑related IT projects
• Carry out deployment, setup, and configuration of IT devices in line with end‑customer requirements.
• Manage IT hardware and software assets, including inventory control, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support; experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience supporting IT systems and operations in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury industry.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• 1 year contract renewable (we are looking for long term employment relationship)
