工作內容

SUMMARY

This position expects service provision assistance to office, warehouse, store operations with services and facilities managing by the user at stated service levels.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
  • Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations
  • Works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
  • Helpdesk
  • Request
  • Store projects
  • IT devices deployment as required by end customer.
  • Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Working Hours: 9:00AM - 18:00PM, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above
  • 1~2 years experiences in IT support with luxury retail preferred
  • Sound knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations in luxury industry
  • Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English
  • 1 year contract renewable (we are looking for long term employment relationship)
