The role is responsible for maintaining solution stability and ensuring that system issues are properly identified, monitored, and escalated to the appropriate support teams. This is a service delivery role that requires a strong understanding of business applications and operational processes to effectively manage incidents, support daily operations, and proactively identify potential system risks.
The role will work closely with business users, regional support teams, and solution managers to ensure the sustainability and reliability of both client-facing and corporate solutions across the three divisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate business users in raising system issues and following up on the resolution progress
• Analyze incidents and escalate issues to the regional support team when necessary
• Perform system troubleshooting to assess and determine the incident severity
• Coordinate and escalate process and provide timely status updates to solution managers and business users
• Support post-launch system stabilization and issue resolution
• Work closely with the solution managers to validate the solutions before and after implementation
• Monitor and maintain the stability of the systems
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Identify recurring issues and proactively highlight potential risks
• Prepare regular incident reports and operational updates for management review
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, service delivery, or system operations
• Strong understanding of incident management and troubleshooting processes
• Familiarity with enterprise business applications, digital tools and support environments
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Knowledge of retail / luxury business
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00
