Role Overview

The Application Analyst plays a key role in maintaining system stability and ensuring timely identification, tracking, and escalation of application issues. As part of the service delivery function, this role requires a solid understanding of our client’s business applications and operational processes to effectively manage incidents, support daily operations, and proactively mitigate system risks, i.e. sales system and operation application.

The position involves close collaboration with business users, regional support teams, and solution managers to ensure the reliability and sustainability of both customer-facing and internal systems across all business divisions.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business users in logging system issues and tracking resolution progress
  • Analyze incidents and escalate complex issues to regional support teams when required
  • Perform initial troubleshooting to assess root causes and determine incident severity
  • Coordinate escalation processes and provide timely status updates to stakeholders, including business users and solution managers
  • Support post-implementation system stabilization and ongoing issue resolution
  • Collaborate with solution managers to validate system performance before and after deployment
  • Monitor system health and ensure the stability of Client’s applications
  • Coordinate testing activities to confirm that identified issues have been fully resolved
  • Identify recurring issues, analyze trends, and proactively flag potential risks
  • Prepare regular incident reports and operational updates for management review

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in application support, service delivery, or system operations
  • Understanding of retail and luxury business environments is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications, digital tools, and support ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Project Manager will be a plus
