工作內容

[Responsibilities]

  • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Discover new clients with big brands, such as FMCGs, logistics and other segments
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth 

  • 客戶關係維繫與新業務發展,通過網絡廣告版位發掘新的銷售機會並將其轉變為長期合作夥伴關係
  • 尋找與其他品牌的合作機會,能依據不同產業別擬定業務合作策略,開發各類品牌客戶及非品牌客戶。例如快速消費品牌,物流或其他產業品牌
  • 具備依據營銷數據資料分析,訂定目標策略之基本能力
  • 根據公司目標、市場特性,來發展和評估銷售或推廣策略

條件要求

[Requirements]

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Senior Account Executive or Sales Manager in Digital Media
  • Experience in Sales Negotiation in Digital Media or Advertising is a must
  • Have good networking with direct clients and digital agencies
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, and conversions
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in E-commerce is highly appreciated

  • 具備學士以上學位
  • 具備3-5年以上電子商務資深業務相關經驗
  • 熟悉數位廣告銷售指標,例如展示率,點擊率和轉化率
  • 具備團隊合作和對客戶簡報、提案、案件溝通、統籌結經驗
  • 擅長溝通協調,需具備極大的耐心、細心及高EQ,抗壓力高
  • 能獨立作業,學習能力強,按時交付任務
  • 具有電商及廣告產業知識及解決問題能力
  • 具備廣告代理或媒體代理公司,具豐富業務經驗及人脈佳
  • 具備電商經驗佳
