It is a one-stop rewards and discovery platform for users to earn cashback, while delivering performance-based marketing to merchants. First launched in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack has since expanded its reach to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, and more recently, Vietnam and Korea. ShopBack partners with over 3,000 merchants including Taobao, Expedia, Shopee, ZALORA to reward its users with cashback across a wide range of categories including general merchandise, travel bookings, fashion, health and beauty, groceries, and food delivery. 【Responsibilities】
-Create and executive social branding content on our channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LINE, and more.
-Work with our Content Marketing Manager to design and execute social media campaigns.
-Coordinate with campaign managers, and key account managers to ladder up to our marketing campaigns’ objectives.
-Conceptualize, execute and track the performance of our social media engagements to increase our followers and improve our engagement rates.
-Monitoring social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback.
Coordinate with social media influencers and managing deliverables and timelines.
 

條件要求


-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience as Social Media Marketing with at least 1 year experience working within influencer communities.
-Ability to project manage and multitask, in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
-Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
-Experience handling blog, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and any other social platform.
-Preferably having good knowledge about SEO content.
-Comfortable with using data to derive actionable insights.
-(Preferred) Experience with photography and image/video editing software and apps for social media, and experience in content creation is a plus. Please share your portfolio, if any, in your application.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
