ShopBack, the #1 rewards and discovery platform in Asia-Pacific, enables shoppers across the region to shop ‘The Smarter Way”. It is a one-stop rewards and discovery platform for users to earn cashback, while delivering performance-based marketing to merchants. First launched in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack has since expanded its reach to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan,  Australia, and more recently, Vietnam and Korea. In Singapore, the company has also extended its service offering with ShopBack GO, an app-based rewards platform for in-store shopping, dining, and entertainment. ShopBack partners with over 3,000 merchants including Taobao, Expedia, Shopee, ZALORA to reward its users with cashback across a wide range of categories including general merchandise, travel bookings, fashion, health and beauty, groceries, and food delivery. To date, US$100m in cashback has been awarded to our over 20 million users.

[Responsibilities]

  • Discover global’s e-Commerce brands.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Set actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

條件要求

[Requirements]
Must to have:
- Proven 5-8 years of work experience as a BD or Sales Manager role
- 5 years experience in E-commerce Industry
- Experienced working in 2 or more EC companies
- Experience in Sales Negotiation in Digital Media or Advertising
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders
- Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Conversational English speaking and writing skill

Nice to have:
- Have good networking with direct key clients and digital agencies
- Experienced working in the different industry of EC companies
