ShopBack, the #1 rewards and discovery platform in Asia-Pacific, enables shoppers across the region to shop "The Smarter Way”. It is a one-stop rewards and discovery platform for users to earn cashback, while delivering performance-based marketing to merchants. First launched in Singapore in 2014, ShopBack has since expanded its reach to Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan,  Australia, and more recently, Vietnam and Korea. In Singapore, the company has also extended its service offering with ShopBack GO, an app-based rewards platform for in-store shopping, dining, and entertainment. ShopBack partners with over 4,000 merchants including Taobao, Expedia, Shopee, ZALORA to reward its users with cashback across a wide range of categories including general merchandise, travel bookings, fashion, health and beauty, groceries, and food delivery. To date, US$100m in cashback has been awarded to our over 20 million users.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and develop creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns together with other functional teams. 
  • Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase efficiency of assets across all channels.
  • Manage creative projects independently with little supervision and assistance.
  • Identify problems together with the Country General Manager by coming up with creative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other functional teams to achieve business objectives and company goals.
  • Conduct creative A/B testings and experiments to increase effectiveness of assets across all channels.
  • Improve teamwork efficiency by implementing and recommending better internal processes. 
  • Adopt design and marketing strategies or trends in-house fast. 
  • Create and design digital onsite, social, offline, ad sales and video assets.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
  • Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience.

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Min. 3-4 years of working experience in the related field
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Art / Design / Multimedia / Visual Communication or equivalent
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic video editing skills required
  • Knowledge in printing and preparing final artworks for prints
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, after effects, premiere pro)
  • Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business
