This is a rare opportunity for high-potential candidates who are interested in developing their career in HR. You will have the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues and gain first-hand experience in managing HR Operations in a rapidly scaling start-up. Your contributions will directly impact employee experience at ShopBack and will provide you a firm foundation to grow as a HR professional.

More experienced candidates will have the opportunity to partner assigned teams or business units on a range of HR matters.

[Responsibilities]

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Taiwan through ShopBack’s outsourced payroll vendor, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments.  
  • Manage on/off-boarding process and administration of all employee lifecycle records in HRIS.
  • Manage submission of statutory reports/claims and tasks related to labor compliance.
  • Assist Senior HRBP in performance review and management, employee separations or terminations and employee related processes.
  • Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operations.
  • Responsible for employment contracts, contract renewals, visa application and renewal process, as well as relocation arrangements. 
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations in Taiwan.
  • Advise stakeholders and employees on HR policies and processes.
  • Contribute towards implementation of HR projects e.g. HR policies documentation, processes automation and implementation/roll-out of new HR systems or initiatives. 
  • Support/own projects and activities to drive engagement and culture.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
     

條件要求

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with a strong academic background in Maths, Sciences or quantitative subjects.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or payroll management.
  • Relevant work or internship experience in a start-up environment will be favorably considered.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite applications. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive personal data professionally.
  • Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, strong analytical thinking, organizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and be nimble with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.

薪資範圍

NT$ 500,000 - 800,000 (年薪)
