Reporting to Regional GM of SBmart, as a market leader, you will be a spearhead to build and grow a new business vertical, SBmart (發票回饋) in Taiwan with a full P&L responsibility. The market leader will build and drive this new business vertical with responsibilities spanning across Commercial, Operation, Marketing, People and Partnership. The market leader will be first in line to build and grow relationships with local partners, while driving the entire marketing endeavor and operational excellence. Also, s/he will hire, engage and retain key local talents. As the business is at the nascent stage, s/he will be also heavily involved in the development of business model/strategy (monetization model) and product itself, partnering with the PEDD team (Product, Engineering, Design, and Development). Ultimately, s/he will own the financial targets of revenue growth and a profitability path.
