The Sales Operation Coordinator team plays a critical role in reducing sales process friction and influencing customer experience on ShopBack by ensuring the availability of accurate deals.
As a Sales Operation Coordinator, you will transform deals that the Sales team secured from merchants into actual running campaigns that ShopBack users enjoy.

Responsibilities
- Input to ShopBack internal systems (Salesforce and Needle) deals info from the Sales team, including but not limited to upsizes, promotions, ad sales, etc.
- Coordinate with internal (Sales and Marketing) and external stakeholders (networks, merchants) to ensure the correctness of the deals info
- Ensure all Terms and Conditions are correctly phrased and properly displayed
- Catch operational errors and solve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fix the root cause for the issues
- The support Sales team in maintaining relationships with Merchants, by providing proof of exposure etc.
- Propose and spearhead ideas/initiatives to improve current processes
- Support local/regional projects
