商業分析師 (Business Analyst)

• System integration and user acceptance testing:
• Prepares end-to-end cases & data by respective Products & Process lines (across value chain) in collaboration with Business Capabilities
• Development/Execution exhaustive set UAT of Test Plans and Scripts
• Executes end-to-end testing for Products & Process lines
• Executes end-to-end Regression testing to mitigate impact to existing process/products
• Ensures compliance for Test Case & Defect capturing guidelines in workflow tools.
• Supports Business Testers (RTB) in test management tools maintenance and defects reporting.
• Support UAT testing and assist with question clarification
• Business Requirements analysis
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review
• Follow up project and ensuring that the development process is being demonstrably followed, and project deliverables meet business requirements
• Supporting the training of end users, provided training material and execution reports
• Assist in reviews, obtain, and maintain issues list, and ensure prompt follow up and clearance of issues. Identify, escalate existing and potential risks, and take corrective actions as appropriate
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
• Support team members with other project activities

• Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 years working experience in Banking Sector in Project Management/ Change Management, Private Banking and Wealth Management knowledge is a plus
• A previous exposure to system implementation in Banking Sector (i.e., Portfolio Management such as Temenos Triple’A Plus, Core Banking such as Avaloq, CRM etc.) is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of financial products – Equities and Fixed Income especially
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allowing an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the company and with external clients/suppliers
• Good knowledge in private banking business, operations as well as different products and services offered by financial services
• Ideally exposed to previous Project Management methodology (i.e., Agile) and Testing/ UAT would be considered as a plus
• Strong presentation, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, native Mandarin speaker is a must.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
