Software QA

We are aiming for the best mmWave solution provider in Taiwan to provide decent and novelmmWave development kits, testing solutions and AiP designs. We are looking for a dedicated Software QA Tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA Tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code. A successful QA Tester should be hard-working, have a strong working knowledge of software code and testing methodologies, and be a team player.

Job Overview

 You will be designing new test cases and improving existing test cases for our software products to improve test coverage. You will be testing our software products before every official release and make sure their quality and customer satisfaction.

 您的主要任務會是針對TMYTEK的軟體產品設計新的test case來增加test coverage. 並且也會維護現有的test case, test plan. 您會負責在產品開發周期中根據release計畫, 設計test run, 執行testrun, 發Jira issue追蹤bug, 產生測試報告, 以確保產品品質和客戶滿意我們的產品.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing test cases, test plans, test runs
• Executing tests on TMYTEK's products including application, tools, firmware, and web services
• Analyzing test results and reporting to the product development team
• Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
• Review software design (test-driven)

工作內容與職責

• 針對TMYTEK的軟體產品設計test case, test plan, test run
• 測試TMYTEK的軟體產品, 包含硬體產品的韌體, 周邊工具, PC端的GUI控制程式, 與web services
• 分析測試結果, 並且提供測試報告給開發團隊
• 回報問題, 並且協助開發團隊釐清問題和重複測試
• 從測試的觀點協助review軟體設計

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Software QA
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, EE/CS/communication are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies
• Detail oriented
• Critical thinker
• Problem solver and customer-centered

• 兩年以上軟體QA經驗
• 相關領域學士或以上學位, 電機/資訊/通訊領域更佳
• 優秀的人際和溝通能力
• 熟悉測軟體開發流程, 測試管理軟體, 和測試方法與流程
• 細節導向

• 目標導向, 客戶導向, 專注於解決問題

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiences in testing WiFi/BT/4G LTE related products
• Experience in testing equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum, signal generator and signal analyzer
• Familiarity with Keysight, Anritsu, LitePoint, NI instruments
• Test automation with any modern scripting language is a huge plus
