Responsible for reaching optimal thermal solutions for mmwave and phased array products with respect to performance, feasibility and cost.
Job Description :
✔產品設計前期提出thermal solution，執行熱流分析及最佳化，並於樣品階段實測驗證。
✔ 跨部門合作及溝通協調(EE/RF/ANT dept.)
✔新散熱材料及技術的應用。
✔To provide thermal solution in the early product development stage, carry out thermal simulation, optimization and conduct thermal experiment/ verification.
✔ To work cross-functionally with EE/RF/ANT dept.
✔ To apply new thermal material and technology.
Job Requirements:
✔至少有3年網通電子系統產品熱流分析及實驗經驗。
✔熟悉熱傳學及流體力學。
✔ 熟悉CFD模擬軟體及CAD繪圖軟體。
✔ 有良好的跨部門合作及溝通能力。
✔At least three years of experience in electronic communication industry with system level thermal simulation and experiment.
✔In-depth knowledge of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
✔ Versed in CFD and CAD tool.
✔ Strong Cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace Engineering.
✔ Computer skill: Microsoft office, Creo(OSD) or Soliwdorks or Pro-E, Icepak or Flotherm.
✔ Language: Fluent in Chinese, intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).
