• Planning of anti-fraud business sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the online payment anti-fraud business.
• To work closely with the payment partners in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations.
• To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers.
• To work with the product development teams to capture customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio.
• Focus on Chinese market and Taiwan market.
• Proven track record in a pre-sale environment within an IT / software B2B solutions business.
• Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations.
• Ability to work independently and to be proactive.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings.
*Optional:
– Familiar with payment or e-commerce industry.
– Worked in the field of anti-fraud, such as 3D Secure, RBA, Device Identification.
– Understand or Fluent in Japanese.
