Key Responsibilities:
1. Macro and industry analysis for fund investment and cross-asset allocation
2. Investment execution and portfolio management
3. Marketing activities participation; analytical feedback to client requests
4. Interact with colleagues from trading and IT, participate in process improvement and technology development efforts

1. Fund & investment knowledge/experience necessary; direct portfolio management of FX, rates and fund investment experience the better
2. Minimum of 2-year experience; with financial license the better
3. Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment; attention to details
4. Strong communication skills as a team worker; Analytical writing ability for presentation
5. Excellent in EXCEL, familiar with Lipper and Morningstar the better
