工作內容

You will be joining a newly built team, and report directly to Operations Manager who will roll up their sleeves and jump in the trenches alongside you. Work on a rotating shift in our office in Taipei City Taiwan, and be a part of the most exciting, non-traditional, #RidiculouslyGood company in the world.

條件要求

- Must be willing to work on cyclical schedule.
- At least 2 years experience on phone, email and live chat support.
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support.
- Has strong Chinese Mandarin & English verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details.
