3. Derive and calculate ROI from all online and offline marketing efforts
4. Design product marketing campaign to increase users activation and retention rate
5. Analyze and deliver campaign insights: ability to understand and effectively report marketing and advertising analytics
6. Development of internal marketing structures and SOPs for efficient marketing operations
7. Lead and manage team of marketers
1. 5+ years in marketing, brand planning, or communications strategy.
2. 2+ years of previous management experience.
3. Data-driven and analytical.
4. Experience with generating insights from marketing data and campaign ROI
5. Proficiency in Google’s and Facebook's advertising products
6. Experience with SEO, Social Media Marketing and referrals
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English
