Key Account Sales Executive – Amazon eCommerce platform

Job Description

Duty:
- Implement strategic and creative ways to promote toy and home products on Amazon.
- Optimize product ranking by improving SEO listing and enriching content.
- Provide demand forecast to secure forecast accuracy.
- Monitor account metrics and work with related teams to resolve issues.
- Manage customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, and/or face to face meetings.
- Collaborate with Brand team members on new product development.

Requirement

•A strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
• Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to understand and follow directions
