Multitasking for customer- and partner- relationship management
+ Effective organisational skills to manage all stages of the booking cycle. Professional and effective telephone conversations with customers.
+ Respond to customers enquiries promptly and provide alternatives. Communicating with hotels professionally
+ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints to reach win-win solutions.
+ Source hotels to be approached and prioritise them with strategic intent through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, communication and site inspections when required. (5 designated contacts per month)
+ Negotiate and contracting of rates, special offers, terms & conditions for hotels ensuring best rates and availability
+ Maintain hotel profiles
+ Fluent in Japanese is a plus
